Refund Policy
We genuinely hope you love your order, but if something feels off, here’s how refunds and exchanges work.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Conditions: Refunds are only applicable if:
- item arrives damaged
- wrong product is delivered
- order is lost in transit
Request Period: Within 3 days of delivery.
Refund Processing: 5–7 business days after approval.
Refund Method:
- Original payment method for prepaid orders
- Bank transfer if required
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- wrong size received
- damaged products
- incorrect item delivered
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@deluludrip.in.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to limited batch production, we currently do not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- preference issues
- minor color variations
